EZTower Mk5?

Is this tower any good? How does it compare against Winner (Power) Tower and Mirage 1200?

was there ever a mk5? I thought the latest was the mk4 and then the z4 after it?

I would make my own, however I live in a smallish apartment and don't have access to power tools and space to do it, and finally the know-how. :-(
