TPUG (Toronto, Canada) may have some C128s for sale at a reasonable price.

By the way, I did use Magic64 back in the day on my 68040 Amiga2000.  It ran pretty well, although it couldn't play everything.  I did have to use frameskip to bring it close to normal C64 speed.  I also tried FRODO but while it was more accurate it was too slow on a 68040.
