Recording to DVD
« on: January 08, 2004, 04:59:22 PM »
Hi,
I have an Amiga 4000T w/ Toaster/Flyer setup. I want to transfer my VHS's to DVD's. I've seen mention of a few on this list doing such but I haven't been able to pick up any details. How do I do it and what do I need? Probably a basic question to you guys but I've been looking for weeks and can't come up with an answer.

Thanks.

Isn't that Ironic.

The Father in law just brought round a video he wants burning to dvd.

Its called  Driller Killer (uncensored)

I do know that when capturing vhs (MJPG)  you gotta capture smallish segments and stich em together in your NL editor.

This is because,  unlike native DV,  which I use now,  MJPG loses audio synchronicity.

Plug VCR LineOut into DVDRecorder LineIn? Would that work? I don't know a thing about DVD recorders.
