Need Video Toaster 4000 & Flyer Software
« on: November 27, 2011, 01:41:08 AM »
Please help me out. :)

I am buying a Video Toaster 4000, Flyer and TBC4. I'm curious and want to try it although they are all NTSC and it's PAL in Turkey. (My TV's can display NTSC and my camera can record ntsc. I guess this will not be a problem)

Unfortunately it does not come with any CD or disks.

I've found the source code but can not compile it and even if I could, I'd rather I had the original disk images.

Can some kind soul provide disk images of 4.3 CD (I guess that was the last one available from what I've learned searching the forums) its install disk and also the disks needed for Flyer? Is it possible to make images (adf or dms or ipf) of high density floppies? (my A4000T does not have a hd floppy drive and I'm a bit unlucky buying one. It's the second time I bought one and it seems like it won't ever reach me like the previous one)

I'd rather I could download them instead of paying for postage for cd and all those disks. But if no one is willing to do that, I guess I have to pay for copies of the cd, disks and postage. (I take it that it's no longer illegal to copy the software since it's open source? Not that anyone can use it without actually owning the hardware)

Anyway it seems like I can't even buy them since Newtek isn't replying to my emails (I guess they are busy doing other things. Why should they care about people who bought old Amiga Video Toasters and Flyers dirt cheap second hand)
