Last night while performing maintenance on the Web site, I made a mistake which might have caused certain features (such as mail and photo uploading) to function incorrectly.
I had intended to make a full backup of the site in preparation of the X2 changeover. Being new to our CPanel software, I didn't realize that it backs things up to the "home" directory rather than downloading it to me.
As a result, considering we're essentially running two copies of our site (this one and the X2 site) there is a huge 400+ MB backup file on the server. This file has caused us to temporarily go over our disk usage, meaning we can't upload anything, and the mail server is currently not accepting mail.
Sorry about that folks, but I don't have the necessary permissions to clear out that backup and I'm waiting on our server host to get into work this morning to delete the file and get things back to normal. I'm hoping to hear from them in about 20 minutes or so.
