Well you could get a Ps/2 convertor

COCOLINO PS/2 MOUSE ADAPTER
http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=88

            Micromys V3 PS/2 Mouse Adapterhttp://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=877

then I think you should be able to use a Ps/2 to USB convertor and it shoudl work, I think.

Cheapest way is to get a Cocolino or a Micromys DB9 to PS2 interface and then use PS2 to USB converter (only for mouse that support that though).
