Looking for a certain Visualprefs (?) skin

Hello! About a year ago I posted this screenshot of the Igame interface I found online somewhere:

Ive been trying to find this skin for (I assume its) VisualPrefs but havent been succesful. Im using a pretty nice theme atm, but ofcourse it can always be improved.. So does anyone know what skin is used in that screenshot? Or is it running under *some* other OS? Could even be OS4? (sorry Im not using that very often)
