This thread is a microcosm of what you get hereabouts these days.

Of course, I'm above all that.  ;)
(sick 'em Franko!)

Welcome Back, btw.

Welcome Back Josh. Congrat's on the Job.
As you can see the bickering is still here, but equally so is the help and support.

Cheers

Hey everyone,

True that... I wish I had an Amiga right now. - I think I might put AROS on here, I just bought a CF to IDE interface adapter, so maybe I'll run AROS solid-state. Actually yeah.. I do want to do that till I can buy an actual Amiga... money is really tight.

Is it me or does every thread now get hijacked by a Franko debate?    Not an attack, just an observation...

Looks like its as much kd7ota's fault as Franko's. I thought they'd tired of this (and the threats). People threatening others electronically, how seriously f'd up is that? I miss the old days where you had to do it in person (and back up your words).

At least magnetic is not in on this one.

Yeah trying to fight on-line is pointless.

Now can anyone tell him (and me, for that matter) where the "block user" option is, if it in fact exists?

I managed to pull an amiga 1000 rom and WB 1.3/Extras 1.3 from my collection of old disks. I used to have a blast as a kid messing around in Amiga Basic. I thought I'd start out messing with that again. I've decided to build a PC case similar to the A1000 case, and run MS-DOS 6.22 off of it and auto boot into Fellow. This will be run off of a CF card using a IDE/CF adapter that I've ordered.

The computer I've chosen for this system is a 2.66 Ghz Dell with 1 Gb Ram. MS-DOS/Fellow on CF, and Puppy Linux on USB stick for browsing the Internet.

Kinda thought we were past the insults and trolling :(
