Amiga + NewTek Video Toaster AUDIO THUNDER Software

Someone showed me this link, Magnetic I think?

Anyhow, even though I really should not have spent the money, I did and I won.

It does not appear to be in Tosec, so if the floppy is good, I'll up the Disk and scan the manual for all...

Unless Newtek still sells and supports this of course. Do they?

Do you mean *in* an A2000, or with a Toaster 2000 (the original Toaster, so renamed after the release of the Toaster 4000)? Either one will work, but you need some more cables in the latter case.

Audio Thunder 1.1 is more common - shipped on CD with a bunch of samples included. I got it from Softhut within the last 4 years. All disk-based software is worth archiving, though :)

Audio Thunder wasn't a NewTek product, it was Asimware I think?  So the legality would very questionable without an OK from them.

Heiroglyph  is correct it was released by Asimware... :)

http://www.cucug.org/amiga/aminews/1996/961126-asimware.html

Although you didn't need to buy it, it can be found with a bit of googling but it's always better to have the manual I reckon... :)

PS: How come this TOSEC thingy is ok to pirate software on and mention, yet when I even mentioned about wanting to release the WorkBench disks I got shot down in ruddy flames... don't quite get that...

Work Bench discs are still being profited from.

Ebay description says this is an AsimWare product, not a newtek product. Make sure you ask the right people for permission to archive. :)

...and so easy to find pirated copies of it's ridiculous. LMAO.

...and yes, mine are all originals before anyone asks.
