Define another language

In Locale-Languages )please read a slash between the two directorynames. Anyway, in Locale Languages you find files with an extension of .language. Does anyone know of a tool that alows you to make your own language definitions=, eh, questionmark

A quick check on Google gave a program to
edit ".catalog" files:

Otherwise, your best bet for help might well be the Amiga
Translation Organisation, ATO:

What language do you want to translate to? It might be
ATO needs someone to translate e.g. AOS4 to your
language, for example. :-)

No, I'm not looking for mere catalogue translations. What I'm looking for is a control file for setting your favourite language. This control file has an extensionm of .language i.e. a control file for Dutch is nederlands.language, for German it is named deutch.language. I need a tool for creating such a file. That file will be called frysk.language. It is a language used in Fryslan (in Windows it is ages behind in getting a cap on a vowel: Windows IS ages behind! The 'a' in fryslan should have a cap on it. Simple on an Amiga, a hell under Windows). This is one of the underestimated strengths of the Amiga: simple adaptation to small languages, to any language in particular, given they are denoted from left to right and using some form of the Latin code page...

So, all that I'm looking for is a tool to create a .language file to be inserted in SYS:Locale/Languages
