Looking for "Only Amiga" video info

Many of you are probably familiar with this song/video:

Basically, I'm trying to find some info about it, such as the names of the  songwriter and vocalist, if anyone knows. Also interested in the identities of the various 'testimonial' people who appear.

Why? I'm working on a project related to the song, and would like to give proper credit where possible.
