wonder can any 1 help

i order
DVD-ROM Drive Bundle A600/1200: DVD-ROM drive, 3  CD-ROMs, 2x 2.5"<->3.5" cable, external case incl. power supply  (180-230V, 60/50 Hz)
(Vesalia)  52.90 [SIZE=+1] 2 weeks ago.

it still says  pament pending  i want to pay via paypal. but not sure how and i have had no response  to  my emails.

now there on holiday
can any 1 help

i also want to buy a  Blizzard  ppc 603 e card but  im unsure  if i should use veslia again given the current problem

I have ordered with them several times the last year, last order was also about two weeks ago. My last email from them is from last friday.

They will send you an email with order confirmation and payment details. If you have not received it, check your Junk Mail folder and maybe send it again?

Unfortunately we have passed the point where Amiga retailers can realistically employ staff full time, dedicated to Amiga based sales.  The only company I know of that provides this kind of service is Amigakit.  Most Amiga dealers operate their shops as a side project, which means we have to be very patient with them.  This is only fair, really.  I think Vesalia operate full time too but they don't just deal in Amiga stuff.

I've only ordered from Vesalia a few times but I've not had reason for complaint, they've always been very prompt with my orders.

I can only advise that you continue to send them an email about the problem and await a response.  If they're on holiday (how do you know this?) then you might have to wait until they get back.  Alternatively, if you require your items sooner than Vesalia can realistically deliver, then perhaps you could cancel your order with them and give AmigaKit a try instead?

As far as I'm aware no Amiga dealer currently stocks BPPC cards anymore.  Your best bet for one of these is the second hand market (Ebay or Amibay etc).  But be prepared for a shocking price on one of those!!!

im getting confused as
order  are accepted  and site updated  still no email.

i really wanna install 3.5 0s but my cd ,that did work it was a laptop one pre installed in my a  1200 but they both came frome ebay with no software

They are having a little autumn vaccation till the 25th. I think the orders are just collected and processed after the 25th. I guess you need a little patience.
