The most common chip sizes produced with 30 pins were 256Kb and 1Mb. The max is 16Mb. I doubt if these are over 1Mb as they just don't look like they got enough chips on the stick. The best way to test them is to try them. Time to dig out an old 386 buddy.
I tried a few chip databases for you to see if the numbers came up but to no avail, pah! People just don't keep enough data these days. LMAO
