Boot options commodity
« on: July 27, 2010, 03:36:27 PM »
Just wondering if anyone can suggest any commodities that allow for different user-startup scripts to be selected at boot ?  I know they exist, but Ive never used them before. Ideally I just want something that let's me do this in an indescrete way (holding down a button at boot for example ?). Oh, and Im using OS3.x.
Thanks in advance.
Near as I can tell this is where I write something under the guise of being innocuous, but really its a pot shot at another persons/peoples choice of Amiga based systems. Unfortunately only I cant see how transparent and petty it makes me look.

I'm using GetMouseInput to select different startup scripts (with mouse buttons) at boot time combined with TheChoice you can also have a nice bootmenu.

I'm using both on my Amiga's, they are light and simple to setup. Here are my Bootmenu and Startup-Sequence with GetMouseInput:
