GVP A4000 or A2000 HC+8 Series II
« on: May 12, 2004, 04:25:26 PM »
HI

can anyone tell me the benefits of usinga a GVP A4000 HC+8 Series II over the A2000 variation, in a 4000d.

It appears that they are both zorro II and both use the same chipset, so I'm a bit  :-?

Regards

All chips can be interchanged, except for an A model 2000 having a DIL (lengthy) Agnus. An OCS Agnus will make a 2000 C boot but crash after a bit of use, you'd need to adjust two jumpers for 512 KB chip and 512 KB slowfast.
