Switch your Amiga to NTSC mode... then it'll work with LCD's.

You have to actually see the screen to switch it to NTSC mode :(

Only the Indivision flicker fixer range handle LCDs / TFT flatscreens correctly with the Amiga.

Unfortunatly its out of stock it seems

You don't necessarily need to be able to see the screen to switch to NTSC mode.

If you've got KS3.1, power up your system while holding down the two mouse buttons, wait a bit for the early startup menu to be displayed (you won't see it obviously,) and then press the space bar.  That should put the early startup menu into NTSC mode.  At that point you can tell the system to boot in NTSC mode.

Not really a fun workaround to do often, but it should work.

Games that require (or switch to) PAL mode, no.  Plenty of games can run in NTSC though, but of course there will be a fair amount that won't.
