Well sometimes we caveat for more than we can handle. A good rule is, if the plate of food out weights your own weight. Its possibly hazardous for our health.  :-)

That craze hit plymouth during my last year at secondary school, so 97.

And yes, I did try it, I loved it. But they stopped doing it after they realised that it effected the flavour of the oil for everything else :D
