Hi guys!
I now have a GVP Spectrum 24 board in my trusty A2000, but it didn't come with the pass-through cable that runs from the motherboard video-out port to the 9-pin input on the Spectrum board.

It is very easy (and cheap) to make a pass through cable for the GVP Spectrum. I will post a picture of mine when I find it.
Just buy the following and plug them together...
1. A VGA extension cable.
2. A VGA gender changer (15 pin to 9 pin female) this connects to the Spectrum.
(Or use a combination of adapters e.g. 15 pin VGA male to 9 pin male + 9 pin serial male to 9 pin female)
3. Optional - 23 pin RGB to 15 pin VGA converter if you don't have a scandoubler/flicker fixer.
I suggest getting an internal scan doubler (C= 2320 Amber for the 2000 or a newer
Indivision ECS) and using this with the Spectrum card for the best 1 monitor solution.
You can also see if GVP-M.com or Software hut has any original pass through cables available.
