Amiga 1000 + Software + Manuals Free to User in Southern California

I'm looking to donate my original A1000 to a good home.  It is still in working order, and is even packed in the original boxes.  I'm concerned that it might not survive the stress of shipping, so ideally I'd like to donate it to someone in the Los Angeles area.  I'll even deliver it free if you're within a reasonable distance, or you can pick it up if you'd prefer.

Here are the specifications

HARDWARE

  •  Amiga 1000 CPU

  •       CPU:  7.16 MHz 68000 microprocessor
  •       RAM : 256K internal memory, 256K added via 1050 memory module in front expansion slot,  and 512K expansion memory on StarBoard II module
  •       Kickstart : v1.2
  •       Workbench : v1.2

  •  1084 Amiga RGB/composite video Monitor
  •  1010 3.5" 880K External Disk Drive uses double sided, double density disks
  •  Amiga 2-button Mouse
  •  Amiga 1000 89-key Keyboard
  •  MicroBotics StarBoard II Memory Expansion Board - This memory expansion module attaches to the expansion slot on the side of the computer, and add an extra 512K of memory … It seemed really large at the time.

SOFTWARE

  •  System Software - Amiga Kickstart and Workbench v1.2 (v1.0 and 1.1 also included), Amiga Basic, Amiga Extras, TextCraft, GraphicCraft, IBM Emulator.
  •  Programming Software - Manx and Lattice C, Pascal, Lisp, Modula II, macro assembler.
  •  Commercial Software - Your Family Tree, Conversation with a Computer (Checkers and more), Deluxe Paint, DigiPaint, Sculpt-3D, Aegis Draw, Fantavision, Music Studio, Deluxe Music Construction Set, Sonix, and more
  •  Games - War in Middle Earth, Chessmaster, Siege and the Sword, The Colony, several Accolade sports games, Flight Simulator, Marble Madness, Defender of the Crown, and more.
  •  Freeware/Shareware - Many Fred Fish and other shareware disks.  These include games, system software, utilities, and much more.

MANUALS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • A large amount of documentation and manuals ranging from beginner-level stuff to highly technical reference and programming manuals.   ROM Kernel Reference Manuals, Amiga User Guides, Amiga Programming references, manuals for C, Pascal, and Lisp languages, AmigaDOS User's Developer's and Technical Reference Manuals.  Several magazines and commercial software manuals.

I've a friend in San Francisco that might be interested. Would you ship there?
