I know I know ! I can still source a G4 MacBook laptop from Currys for a not unreasonable amount - I could have OS4 on the move !
but .... (and its a biggun) to port a commercial (ie people pay for it) OS to this hardware, requires that Apple be happy for it to go on, and access to their hardware docs. bear in mind that Linux was essentially 'hacked' onto that hardware, and its a free OS.
do we really need another litigation ? that would surely nail OS4, Amiga Inc and Hyperion.

In the court documents, there is a conversation between Acube and McEwen. Acube said tht one of teh Italian OS 4.0 developers had it working on the Mac Mini and that it was in a early state.
