I don't see any point commenting on this at all if nobody knows where it came from. I can type up a set of questions and answers and post them as "from an unlikely source", too. What are we, moobunny?

The unlikely source was I forwarding the email to AmigaWeb, after making sure, to the best of my abilities, it was -their- Q&A.

I am as conviced as I can be without meeting Bill in person, that the answers were sent from Bill's email.

Bill certainly has opportunity to decry the answers as phoney. And if they are phoney and he doesn't even know about them by now, or doesn't care, then what difference does it really make?

you see, now you think I had a deal w/ACube..but in reality I made it up. lol

In this case it looks real though. Apparently Bill is trying to convince Commodore that he (Amiga, Inc. - Delaware) has the "intellectual property" to release an emulator and/or some hardware using the Amiga brand and operating system. Of course with Hyperion working to convince the judges that the Delaware company has nothing in its hands, Commodore would be stupid to work with them and then risk to be sued by a competitor in the middle of holiday sales.

I doubt Commodore could stop them, Commodore aka Tulip AFAIK only owns the name "Commodore" and nothing else.

THIS MAN is the biggest LIAR EVER SEEN on this world!!!

Or perhaps not.  I'm not saying I believe a word that he's said, but still, biggest liar in the world?  I think others may still have a decent claim to that title.

I wish this clown and his circus act would just sell Amiga to Bill Buck. People may not like BB's persona, but NO ONE can deny that he delivers on his promises. You guys would have had AOS4 AND hardware loooong ago if BB was running the show. In fact, rather than grasping at straws for a patheticly underpowered system to run AOS4 on, (such as this silly SAM board) BB would probably have had it running on on a Peg2 by now. Amiga made a wrong turn when it drove down the McEwen highway :/

however, I already own a Peg2 running MOS...so i couldnt care less about the phantom-AOS4 dream tbh :)

no, it's NOT his "personality" that is the problem, it's his propensity to send out rubber checks.....and to insult employees...

I would rather just leave out all the "bills" when discussing Amiga.

We don't need anyone. Just depend on yourself.
