Take part in the Amiga Awards elections 2002!
« on: November 30, 2002, 03:31:19 PM »
Express your Thanks with us to all Amiga developers out there once in a year!

The elections will be put together by one third of these parties: Firstly you as an active or inactive Amiga user, secondly selected representatives of the community and thirdly the editorial staff of AMIGAplus. So you have the opportunity to take part in the appointment of the Amiga Award 2002 laureates!

Amiga Awards 2002

Among all participants of the election we draw prices in the value of over 1000 Euro, among them one Amiga 1200/060 sponsored by eXpreSystems as well as various games and applications. The winners among the users will be announced on December 20th, 2002.

Participation conclusion is December 6th, 2002, at 15:00 CET. The course of law is excluded as always.

Visit the Amiga Awards website to find out who this years nominees are.

How about showing a little appreciation towards the software developers!

I noticed no comments posted on the recent Octamed development news article either.

Come on guys and gals, show some support please.

Hey, I'm supportive! I went straight in and voted once I saw it. Not a very tough decision, though, since there is a product recently released which "pushed the Amiga one step forward" in a very direct way...;-)

The non-commercial category was a little more difficult, though. At least two of the nominees has added something to the Amiga which was previously missing. I voted for the most fun one.

No prices for guessing what I voted for... :-)

Comments please folks?

Ok....  What are the awards for, this year?

Best project available Real Soon Now?

Best mothballed project?

Maybe Best hollow threats?

How about Best hidden code that should never be executed by anyone except a pirate?

Or, last but not least, best way to kill the community?

C'mon.... is there ANYTHING to celebrate this year?

(I say these mostly in jest, but you get the idea.)
