Merlancia-Amiga MCC 1000
« on: September 30, 2003, 10:58:27 AM »
Hi,

Ammm it's the last day of September. It's slated for a September 2003 (I checked the year) release. Guess they all blew it now. For the record, October is not September!

Merlancia... not delivering... but still taking preorders... I'm so surprised that I will have to take the rest of the day off work...

@ Coder

You ordered one and haven't got it yet?

I actually believe that they *will* deliver the MCC cased computers, heck, even Rich Woods claimed that they got a prototype case delivered. Well, being late is nothing uncommon here, we should all be used to that by now, some more than others :-P.

Besides, the (Peg2 based??) Amiga MCC 1200 is the more interesting one IMO ...
MorphOS is Amiga done right! :)

@takemehomegrandma

I ordered nothing. My point is that with a track record like them and then naming a date and not make it (yet) again, brrrrr. And your right, the MCC 1000 is not so interesting.

You are right. But personally I'll give them one more month or two before I'll start swinging the axe.
