Aseq, a new multiplatform(Amiga) midi/audio sequencer
« on: April 07, 2002, 12:49:29 AM »
Aseq is a new commercial midi and audio(sample) sequencer. It implements an easy to use "x0x" style sequencer, both step and realtime sequencing. It has the capability to use both native audio and midi, in a simple manner.

A demo version should be available in the forseeable future. Check the Aseq site regularly for updates etc. The site is for the time being quite simple. I`m open to any suggestions, wishes, donations etcetera =)

as much as it is encouraging to see folks developing new stuff, and Aseq is going to be multiplatform, but am i the only one who is wondering why there is no DE development for this - after all, it would start to demostrate the capabilities of the new OS, and secondly, it wouldn't require recoding for Linux etc....

Mainly because I haven`t got much money and can`t afford to pay for a development platform/os/environment. Except for one, the OSes I plan to port it to are free(or come with a certain license like QNX) Also, as much as I would like to port it to the Mac, that will likely depend on the fact I make some money with it to be able to buy a Mac.

Hey someone could always donate something like the DE ;-)
