I contacted Brother a year ago or so, asking their permission to develop some drivers for the Brother printer series. A few days later I was contacted by a worker there, who said yes to the idea, and even wanted to give me all the necesary information to develop the drivers. However my PPC board fried up and was lost along with the demolishment of Phase5, so I am unable to do it myself.
