Removing Cyberstorm PPC
« on: May 31, 2009, 01:04:55 AM »
I have decided to move Cyberstorm PPC from my 3000T and install in my 4000D. I added Elbox FastATA Controller, Progressive Perpherals ProRam3000, and 3640 card to the 3000. I cloned the HD from the Cyberstorm and I have gotten everything to boot but am getting random crashes. I have a feeling some of the 060 libraries could be causing the problems. If anyone has removed an 060 I would appericate any advice of what I should remove.
Amiga 4000D Cyberstorm PPC 150Mhz, 68060 50 Mhz, 128Meg Ram, IndivisionAGA, Deneb USB Controller, Zorram 256, Os3.9/Os4.0 Classic
Amiga 3000T Warp Engine 4040, Elbox FastATA Controller, Progressive Perpherals ProRam3000 64Meg, Mediator, VoodooIII, Os3.9

Which system is getting random crashes? the 4000 or 3000T????

Won't you need to delete the 060 libs and 040 dummy libs and install 040 libs fresh from os disk/disc on the 3000t?

...in addition to replacing any 060 binaries you might have with 040 versions (usually libraries and additions to C: ).

It is the 3000 that is having problems. The 4000 is running great.
