Actually...
Ibrowse can't currently be bought but developement is supposedly continuing with a promise for CSS in the next version but don't hold your breath waiting.
Aweb is still in developement and should start having newer beta versions available. It's on par with Ibrowse but won't have CSS any time soon. The big advantage is that it's free (open source) and available.
http://aweb.sunsite.dk/Voyager is probably dead and it looks like nothing will be done with it.
A 68k version of OWB came out with CSS but it was very slow and had problems. It ran like molasses on the fastest 68060. It didn't use much of the CPU time for some reason so it multitasks really well if you have lots of ram and are working on something else between screen updates. Don't expect any more 68k updates directly from the author.
An unofficial 68k version of Netsurf will probably be the first usable CSS capable browser on the Amiga. A few people are working on ports from the MOS and AmigaOS4 versions. This browser should be fast enough to be usable on the 68k. I wouldn't be surprised to see buggy versions popping up in the next few weeks.
