I like the way he doesn't even know what it is and yet he still describes it as: "VERY COLLECTABLE"!!!   :lol:

It's a shame that some users owning those machines don't know what it is and treates the computers as garbage.

Is it worth asking him whether he still has the Workbench disks and if he could test them?   :lol:

The funny thing is, this poor A600 could have a CPU and RAM expansion hidden inside.  ;-)

Lots of "stuff" gets sold by Mom and Dad after the son has gone to university or armed forces -I've heard stories of cherished goods being tossed by parents  anxious to clean up junior's room/attic now that he's out of the house.

Funny and sad is the items often had real financial value as well:rare comics/LPs/early kit computers,etc.

Yep, all 10 of my Action Men including the Scorpion Tank, Helicopter and Jeep all went for 10 quid when my back was turned.   :madashell:
