On the standard 68000 A2000 machine, are there any well-known (or good) games that won't work in OS 2.x, which do work in OS 1.3?

Those would have to be really old games, which should work anyway if you use Degrader or similar programs.

Or with Skick, you can load a Kick 1.3.

Before you must Grab the Kickstart from a Kick 1.3 maschine.
