Help! need toaster 4.2cd install floppies

hello all,
    I am trying to get my toaster flyer up and working,and the cd i recieved with it(toaster 4.2) seems to be missing the install floppies,at least as far as i can tell.i think there are supposed to be 2 floppies with it?
Does anyone have a dms of the floppies they could send?

NewTek still provides media for Amiga Toasters.

There should be coffee cup stains on that CD!  :-D
