USB RF k+m dongle to ps2 k+m?
« on: March 30, 2009, 06:29:41 AM »
I have a tricky problem. I'd like to use my current wireless keyboard and mouse with my towerized A1200 that has PS2 adapters for keyboard and mouse.

Is there an adapter available that would change my USB MALE dongle to PS2 MALE keyboard + mouse connectors?

Yes, but only when the keyboard supports PS/2 operation via USB connector (same cheap adapter that comes with many corded mice). For wireless desktops this is usually not the case however...

Yeah the problem here really is that the dongle handless both keyboard and mouse. So I would need to devide it to one PS2 MALE keyboard and one PS2 MALE mouse connector.
