Amiga Explorer Ploblem Please Help

Please help I`m running Amiga Explorer on my PC and i`m getting an error which say-: There has been a conflict accessing the Amiga Explorer resources. I have tried disable the firewall and virus checker and still get the same error.I have set the IP address on the PC and the Amiga
AmigaOS 4.1 FE Update1 running on AMCC PPC440EP with 1,024MB Memory and Radeon 9250.

You need a different ip address on each.

For example:

PC: 192.168.0.10
AMI: 192.168.0.11

Or just use serial... Serial mode wont need you to setup TCP.

Sometimes, firewalls still run despite you disable them using the firewalls' interface, or even if you completely uninstall it, it still remains active. If you're running ZoneAlarm, you could set it to game mode.
If it still doesn't work, click start->run, then type "services.msc" in the textbox (without the quotation marks).
Then do a search for your firewall, and disable it
