Press left and right buttons down together when booting to get the boot menu to appear (from OS2+)

Amigas don't have a BIOS. You can get into the early start bootmenu the way pjhutch desribed, but these aren't hardware settings and aren't permanent.

Actually, Kickstart is the PC equivalent for BIOS

Well, sorta anyway, and yes, press right and left mousebuttons to enter the early startup screen (works best pressing them before power up or ctrl amiga amiga)

But don't bother with the 2 mouse buttons trick in earlier than 2.0 versions of the OS. :-)

Yes!   Press Alt+Ctrl+WindowsKey at boot time and the bios will appear on your screen.

hehehhe

No seriously, hold down both mouse buttons when booting up.  How ever there isn't much to change in there. It isn't like the PC Bios. You see the Amiga got it right the first time.  There isn't any need to un-phuk the setup of Amiga harware like you do with PC hardware.  The Amiga just works in *most* cases.
