Yes, I am pleased, I got it (hee hee hee) that makes 2 A500's, a black one (if I ever get it back from the painters)and now an original one. Just hopefully the battery hasn't puked all over the ram board like my last one did. :madashell:

The good news is you can buy a new A500 memory board.  The battery shouldn't have damaged the A500.  I've found they boot fine after you pull the corrupted board.
