New OpenSource OS from Asia
« on: August 31, 2003, 07:11:07 PM »
Hello
Japan, China and South Korea had announced a
plan to create new Open Source OS based on Asian
languages.
Will this effort suceed or bog down by rivalry,
hatred, corruption or bureaucracy?

The Asian version of Linux vs Microsoft?

Anybody who competes with ms is OK in my book.
They need something more similar to their indigenous languages.
I'd hate to operate AOS in Chinese!
