SupraDrive for Amiga 500 on EBay
« on: October 13, 2008, 02:17:57 AM »
I'm clearing space and have just posted my SupraDrive for the Amiga 500 on EBay.  The SupraDrive includes the SCSI interface for the A500, 40 MB drive, and 2 MB of memory.  Ships to US and Canada....

You can see it here!

Mate you must be having a bubble. Why would anyone buy that for that price?

You could get an A2000 for cheaper.

Do ya think beller got his name right? it's awfully close to finishing with "nd" & dropping the "r"!

Its museum quality and its rare....it does say "Best Offer" so that isn't a fixed price.

Where else you going to find this drive and interface in this condition?

Holy Crap!  I've got one of those in the garage.  I had no idea they could sell for that much.  If anyone wants to offer ME $225 for it you can have it!  That's a $50 savings right there!

Mine is also "museum quality", comes with 2MB RAM, a 105MB hard drive, the original box, manual and external power supply!  Plus I updated the ROM to the lastest version so it can use larger hard drive and can control removable media devices (which the original ROM could not).

I was here in the UK long before the Euro was even thought of.
So no, it's really an English statement I made & a pretty vulgar one at that!

But seriously, ....that's an awfully optimistic price you have there!

Best of luck!  :-)

I'm not crapping over anything.  I think if the original poster gets what he wants for the SupraDrive, then more power to him!  That's great.

And I was being serious about selling my Supradrive as mentioned above.  If they are worth THAT much, then I'd be glad to sell it!

No sarcasm intended in either post.

Wow that's expensive. Does it come with a free bumming?

I picked up a gvp impact hd8+ a couple of weeks ago for £3, and that was with an A500 and all the othe rbits.
Restraining orders are just another way of saying I love you!

You were probably just very very lucky @ that price. But, yeah....
Paying this for that Supra Drive is an instant free bum. Hand your money over whilst bent over & I guess you wouldn't feel a thing!  ;-)

Some things go for some crazy prices though!, You just never know!
