I thought it would be easier to post all my questions at once!Is anyone using an A500 or A2000 with a Derringer Platinum 030 and OS 3.9? Below is a statement about the board which causes me some concern. I not worried about mapping the kickstart into fast ram but I am concerned with OS 3.9 seeing the Ram on the 030. This is is no problem in OS 2.1. I was just wondering if the D3 command works in 3.9.
"The card has support for copying the Kickstart into 32bit Fast RAM for an additional increase in peformance however this may not work correctly with newer versions of Kickstart such as V3.1. In order for the machine to see the RAM onboard the Derringer, a small command must be added to the startup-sequence, directly after the SetPatch command called D3."
