If your Amiga has a working battclock without battery, the system detects the illegal state of the clockchip
and uses the datestamp of actual bootpartiton you are starting from.
On every bootsequence the TimeFixer is comparing your battclock with the saved datestamp.
If these dates are equal, the TimeFixer is executing the Time-Preference.
If the compared dates are different TimeFixer is doing nothing, because the system found a valid date inside the clockregister.
