Strange, I didn't think it was released till 1981?

Oh come on they're only six years out!  I often see antique experts on TV give very vague estimates as to the age of items.  I applaud the seller for at least having a go. Even though it would have taken less than a minute to find out the true date...

But they do that for things 100 years old. Besides, the vagueyness of an Amiga would be like "this computer was popular say around 1985 to about 1994".

Even the Commodore Vic-20 was not released until 1980!  Wow, the Amiga would have been 12 years ahead of the competition instead of just 6 years ahead had it been released in 1979.
