Hi,
i tried to install it, but no success.
I use the StartInstall for no rtg setup, the script goes well, load tons of things, and then turn to a white/green screen and stay their for ever.
What did i forget ? I had already prepared a Linux and swap partition such as it was described in time for Redhat 5.1...

My setup : A2000 ECS/FF-40/32mb/GVP impactII + 9.6Gb/Vlab/Buddha Flash/....

Why not try Sarge or even Etch? Woody is 6 years old. :-)

What is your bootstrap arguement?

From memory, adding "nolangchooser" to the end of the bootstrap arguement solved a problem like this, but it was a long time ago that I last played with trying to install Woody M68K.

Linux/m68k is not dead, it's just not so visible :-)

Why use ISO? :-)

Grab a kernel and an initrd, boot into ramdisk and install from network or from an amiga FFS partition.

initrd and kernels can be tested from
http://people.debian.org/~smarenka/d-i/images-m68k/daily/
(not _that_ daily, appearantly)

And you can read more on the bran new http://wiki.debian.org/M68k
