Best joystick I've ever used is the Konix Speedking (Epyx 500XJ - USA Version) ... virtually indestructible!

My favorite was similar to that one:

The Wico Ergostick

It was like a speedking in design, but with soft rubber all over it, making it really comfortable to hold. A friend of mine used to say it looked like a wad of art gum with the Bic Man standing on top, but it had those really solid Wico microswitches and a great feel.

Sega Genesis joysticks - If memory severs they even use the old Atari joystick interface so they work with the Amiga directly. No adapters.

Give me a good old Atari 2600 joystick any day.

Joking, right?
The link you provide shows a sega joypad, not a joystick. And these joypads are semi-compatible with the Amiga.

Well, for my 2 cents: I use Epyx 500XJ for a joystick, but for any games that support/need a second or more buttons, I use my Cometition Pro CD32 joypad. Too bad I only have one

The best, most durable joystick ever made is the Wico Bat handle joystick.  It has a black/red base with red handle and white fire button.  I have owned the same joystick since 1983.  I have used it on my Vic-20, Commodore 128, Amiga 1000, Amiga 2000, Amiga 3000 and Atari.  It still works as good as the day I bought it.  Most durable I have ever seen.  Check ebay, you can usually buy them for around $15.
