As far as I could find things about this, you mean you use WinCUPL, with a GAL16v8, or a PAL16v8.
Well, I couldn't find a GCC compiler for it, something which is being made first often, so I guess there's a reason for the usage of this specific language.

I think ABEL may be the other language.
Maybe I could make my own with the programming class coming up.
WinCupl is a free down load.

Be aware that writing a language like C is a hell of a lot work, and just a programming class won't take you there, you need to have experience. If you use instead an AVR or PIC, you can use C already (or even C++).

Maybe an AmidevCPP plugin would work.
