is an internal A4000 1.76 MB floppy drive compatible vith an A1200?

Plug it in right, else it won't work.  ;-)

It might not do 1.76MB when in the A1200 - it'll likely be used as a normal 880KB drive unless you fiddle with software somewhere.

i am using a  a4000 hd floppy drive in my a1200 tower  with OS3.5.
i can format pc hd discs at 1.76mb and 1.44mb
