winUAE sound probs

just worked out how to get winUAE to work and looking forward to playing cannon fodder,like back in the day.but when i put sound on its jumping around and its not just with that game.is there something i should be doing please help

amd athlon 64 3500+,960 mb ram,its only a desktop though it just has a grapics and sound card built into the motherbord,sound card is realtek ac97 audio,but i play mp3s fine and run mame with on probs

That is more than fine.  What version of winuae are u running ?

Have you got jit enabled ?
