Screen dragging... What's the pernt?

OK, in OS4, you can drag screens.  Great.  But, when I pull down a screen, there is nothing but black behind it.  I cannot see the next screen.
Is this because I ran out of graphics memory on my Voodoo 5500?  Or, some OS4 bug?  Geez..  It works just fine on my girlfriend's A2000 w/CV643d!

You can only see the screen behind the dragged-down one if the dragged screen and thr one behind it are both of the same colour format and depth.
