Reading multisession CD-R in Winuae

I have backed up alot of Amiga software onto CD-R using MakeCD.  My real Amiga A4000 reads these cd's fine with cache cdfs.  Winuae only shows up the first session (as does winxppro but win 98se with nero 5 lets you select which session you want to mount).  Is there a way to read multisession CD-R's on winuae running on winxppro?

Use CacheCDFS in WinUAE, too.

OK I'll try this (at work now).  I thought winuae used uaescsi.device for CD-rom access, and as such if windows didn't see the sessions then uae wouldn't either.
