FS: A3000 daughtercard/riser thingy
« on: January 05, 2008, 10:43:03 PM »
The picture of this that I uploaded a while ago popped up on the image o matic and reminded me that I still have this bad boy up for sale (prodigalsoncard? :lol:). Anyhoo, direct from downtown AO picture gallery:

It's been in a custom cobbled USPS priority shipping box for a while, just waiting. I got it with an unworking A3000UX many yearses ago and someone bought the big box but this thing is left over. Who knows if it works and whatnot. $25, shipped to USA sound good? Let's just say $35 to non-USA, to make it easy.

Stoopid question:  Why did someone buy the A3000ux without the daughterboard?

If I had $25 I'd buy it just for the 50 pin connectors!

If you are that motivated for 50pin connectors, the guys at AmiWest usually have a whole stack of A2000s for sale for $20 each or $40 with an 030 and SCSI controller.  I almost wish I had bought 5 of them when I had the chance.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)

@amigadave

Stacks of A2000 for $20 each?! Wow-wee!

@AMC258

That's just how it ended up. I think it went like he wanted the motherboard and also the case. So, I sold him those and had this left over.

If it'll work n an A4000 you might have a sale... should I find a CPU card for the thing.
