Greetings all! Anyone have experimented by using an external PCMCIA floppy drive on the Amiga? Just curious.

Why not get a USB card for your Amiga?   I have tried a Mac USB floppy drive on my 1200 via Subway USB and it works!

Not with Amiga floppies, but with Mac and PC floppies. I tried 720kb ones but cant remember if 1.44mb ones worked........probably not as you may need drivers.

but its nice to be able to read mac floppies.
Im sure PCMCIA ones will work too if someone makes a driver.
And as long as the drive is 16bit

CD32 is actually the best Amiga ever made by Commodore!...
