How put an URL?

how can i put an URL (from Amiga) inside a message here?

click on the http:// box above the "edit message box". A requester should pop up, type the URL in there. Press ok, and a second requester pops up, type what you want there.. Disable popup blockers.

In the end it should like this;

[ url=www.amiga.org] YO HERE ! [/ url ]

Extra spaces included but it would display as this

[url=www.amiga.org] YO HERE !
