Workbench 1.3 ... Copyright?

Can i use the design from Workbech 1.3 on my website? or are there any copyright that prevents me from doing so?

Or who do i contact regarding this?

I would assume that you have to contact Amiga inc.I have to warn you they are not very helpful and frequently go to courts and accuse their partners (take the hyperion example that is still in courts).

Why would you want license for this anyway?Are you planning to dissasemble the kickstart code and do reverse engineering?

I think he just wants a look of the old workbench for boxes on his website etc.

Draw them yourself and you will have no problem.

He wants to design his website in the same appearance as Workbench.

I've seen quiet a few websites using 1.3 and 2.x designs.
